Coaches & Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering your time, energy, and leadership to support Delmae Diamond Youth Baseball. Our coaches and volunteers play an important role in creating a safe, positive, and rewarding experience for every player and family in our program, and we truly appreciate your commitment to our youth.

All Florence County Parks and Recreation volunteers—including coaches, board members, and team moms—must maintain a current NAYS (National Alliance for Youth Sports) certification.

Florence County Parks and Recreation offers three free coaching clinics each year for prospective first-time coaches. These clinics provide valuable training and include one year of NAYS certification at no cost to participants.
